Free shipping is applied to orders over $100 before tax. International orders and all items over 5lbs excluded. Incremental charges may apply to domestic orders for additional weight and size.
Note: For items returned by mail, the return shipping fee will automatically be deducted from your refund. To see if your item is eligible for a return, check your confirmation email or Orders page.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNING BY MAIL (U.S.)
If you have an account or an order number, you can start your return now. If you don't have an account or you're missing order information, send in your item(s) using the postage-paid U.S. return label. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, we will ask for personal identification.
Item(s) must be returned to our warehouse within 60 days of the order date found on the packing list. Merchandise will only be accepted in its original condition (new, unused and unwashed) with tags attached. Please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items in our warehouse for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process. Your return is usually processed within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
